This is an opportunity to connect with over eighty higher education institutions in the UK that have a shared interest in learning abroad to collaborate and exchange information, to develop expertise and to influence the future of international education.
A number of scholarships are available to students from BUTEX institutions studying abroad. Further scholarships are also available to international students studying for a semester at BUTEX institutions.
The BUTEX Biennial International Conference is a three-day event which combines plenary lectures, pre-conference workshops and panel sessions.
The BUTEX Symposium is a one day event with a mixed programme of sessions, workshops, guest speakers and opportunities to debate specific current issues.
Participants focus on special-interest topics in-depth at our half-day workshops whilst our guest speaker programme brings professionals from a range of external agencies and organisations to update members on current issues of importance.
Connect with experienced and knowledgeable BUTEX affiliated colleagues on a wide range of issues in order to share best practice, seek advice, or discuss new developments in international education.
BUTEX members have access to a double booth in the exhibition and can participate in BUTEX networking events.
Our collaboration with these bodies ensures that BUTEX members have an important voice at governmental and national level.
